SAP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for Project Management, delivery, and Governance activities executed by the MST Delivery team for projects and enhancements. - Plan and execute Mercury Enhancement/Development/Projects requirements within agreed schedule, budget, and scope. - Follow the laid down Application Development lifecycle process and relevant project management processes such as initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure. - Monitor and control work progress to ensure projects/developments remain on track and controlled. - Manage RICEFW/Business Requirements List, interface and coordinate with development teams, business stakeholders for successful delivery. - Work with cross-functional and outside MST teams to align with overall business and technology strategies. - Manage external contracts and suppliers when required. - Develop objectives, phasing, and content of the project/work stream to deliver on the business case benefits, budget, and timescales. - Manage risks, issues, and change management. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 8-10 years of IT Project Management related experience. - Approximately 2-4 years of experience in a Project Manager or Development Manager role on SAP Engagement. - Strong SAP delivery experience with at least 1 end-to-end implementation as a functional or technical team member or project/program manager. - Proven track record in Project Management for large, complex, highly integrated application landscapes with specific knowledge of SAP Integration capabilities, global template, single production instance, and a dual path to production. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience of working within multi-location teams specifically in Onsite-Offshore model. - Ability to manage and work across multiple Developments/Projects. - Ability to prioritize personal and team workloads to best meet organizational objectives.,
