SAP Project Manager

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP implementation and support projects for SAP SD or SAP MM modules.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business users, and technical teams to align project requirements and outcomes.
• Manage and mentor project team members (minimum 4-5 people), providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Ensure effective communication, escalation management, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and drive project efficiency and process improvements.
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of proven project management experience in SAP environments.
• Hands-on implementation and support experience in SAP SD or SAP MM modules.
• Strong team leadership skills with the ability to manage medium-sized teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive project execution in dynamic and cross-functional environments.
