Key Responsibilitie

  n of SAP OTC processes across global SAP landscapes

• .Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OTC configurations
• .Manage

  pricing procedures, condition records, master data, billing, invoicing, credit/debit, and returns processe

• .Drive all testing phases including

  SIT, UAT, trainin

  g, and provide guidance for successful cutover
• .Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements
• .Deliver

  post-go-live suppor

  t, troubleshoot OTC-related issues, and ensure system stability
• .Coordinate with cross-functional teams
