About the Role

Experience: 4–8 years in SAP WM support:
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP Warehouse Management, with a strong focus on support and issue resolution. This role involves working closely with business users, resolving incidents, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations through SAP. Key Responsibilities: - Provide L2/L3 support for SAP WM-related issues. - Monitor and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA timelines. - Analyze recurring issues and implement permanent fixes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, EWM, etc.) for integrated issue resolution. - Support system testing, patching, and minor enhancements. - Document solutions, SOPs, and knowledge base articles. - Participate in on-call rotations and weekend support as needed. Required Skills: - Strong hands-on experience in SAP WM (Warehouse Management). - Good understanding of warehouse processes: putaway, picking, inventory management, etc. - Familiarity with RF transactions and barcode scanning processes. - Experience with IDocs, batch jobs, and interface monitoring. - Basic debugging skills and ability to work with ABAP teams. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Exposure to SAP WM/EWM or integration with MM/SD. - Experience working in a managed services or outsourced support model. - ITIL certification or familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Solman). Years of Experience: 8-10 Education: BE
