Job Summary

Funds Management (FM) / Funds Transfer and Pricing (FTP)

Pune or Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support SAP FICO modules with a deep focus on integration points with SD, MM, and PP.
• Lead and contribute to the design and implementation of

  Funds Management (FM) / Funds Transfer and Pricing (FTP)

  solutions, including budgeting, commitment management, and fund usage.
• Analyze business requirements in the Retail/Fashion domain (e.g., Seasonality, Merchandising, Pricing, Rebates, Multi-channel retail) and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Manage and support period-end and year-end closing activities (FI and CO).
• Handle key FICO processes: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
• Provide expert support for issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, and conduct user training sessions.
• Participate in full project lifecycles – from blueprinting and design to go-live and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Must Have:

• Total 8-10 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.

• Minimum of 2-3 end-to-end implementation projects

  in the

  Retail or Fashion/Lifestyle domain

  .

• Hands-on configuration and support experience in SAP Funds Management (FM) / FTP

  is critical.
• In-depth knowledge of FICO sub-modules and their integration with SD, MM, and Logistics.
• Strong understanding of retail-specific processes (e.g., merchandise management, retail pricing, rebates, seasonality).
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

• Good to Have:

• Experience with S/4HANA Finance.
• Knowledge of SAP Retail (IS-Retail) solution.
• Experience with interfaces and IDOCs.
