Job Description

As a SAP FICO Lead, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Strong experience in SAP FI/CO modules and financial processes. - Hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) modules. - Prior experience working with manufacturing companies or on manufacturing-related projects. - Understanding of finance concepts related to consolidation reporting (Nice-to-have). - Familiarity with finance-integrated modules such as Asset Accounting (Nice-to-have). In this role, your responsibilities will include: - Utilizing SAP S4 HANA experience for efficient financial processes. - Applying your experience in a manufacturing company environment. - Leading implementation, rollout, and support projects effectively. - Independently working and demonstrating expertise in the SAP FI/CO modules. - Understanding business processes from a business perspective. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes. - Configuration & customization of modules. - Data management & migration for seamless operations. - Analyzing and optimizing business processes. - Troubleshooting, providing end-user training & documentation. - Integrating with non-SAP & SAP products and applications. - Managing key dashboards & reports effectively. - Project management for successful implementation. - Showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Furthermore, the required education for this role is CA / ICWA with functional experience in Finance and Costing.
