Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP FICO solutions that optimize financial management and controlling processes for our clients. You will interact with finance and accounting teams to ensure that the SAP FICO module aligns with their business requirements.Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, configuring the SAP system, conducting testing, and providing training to end-users. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient management of financial reporting, cost accounting, and internal controls within the organization.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support the SAP FICO modules based on client requirements
  • Analyze business processes in finance and accounting to identify optimization opportunities within the SAP system
  • Gather and document business requirements, creating functional specifications for the technical team
  • Conduct system testing, assist in user acceptance testing, and ensure that all processes are functioning as intended
  • Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding of SAP FICO functionalities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules, such as MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution)
  • Act as a point of contact for SAP FICO-related queries and troubleshoot issues raised by users

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with hands-on implementation and support experience
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FICO processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting
  • Experience with integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules, such as SD and MM
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and teams
