Description
Position: SAP EWM Consultant Location: PAN India (Remote) Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP EWM modules. Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and design tailored EWM solutions. Provide functional expertise and assist with business process mapping, gap analysis, and system design. Configure SAP EWM and integrate it with other SAP modules (SD, MM, WM, etc.). Lead and support system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide knowledge transfer to ensure efficient utilization of the system. Analyze business requirements and propose enhancements or custom solutions to improve warehouse operations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EWM functionality, including system errors and technical challenges. Provide post-implementation support, including handling tickets and resolving issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including SAP MM, SD, and TM consultants) to ensure seamless integration and data flow across modules. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP EWM trends and developments and provide thought leadership to the team. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM configuration and implementation. Proven experience in leading EWM projects from design to go-live and post-implementation support. In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM processes, including inbound, outbound, warehouse management, and transportation management. Strong experience in SAP EWM integration with SAP modules like SAP MM, WM, SD, and TM. Proficiency in custom development, user exits, BADIs, and other ABAP-based solutions for EWM. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to train and mentor junior consultants and end-users. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EWM is a plus. SAP certification in EWM or related fields is preferred. Show more Show less
