Job Description

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM solutions.
Configure and implement SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing).
Work on CRM master data, partner functions, and transaction types.
Customize CRM Web UI and Interaction Center as per business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, FI) for end-to-end integration.
Provide support for SAP CRM issues and enhancements.
Conduct user training, UAT, and prepare functional documentation.
Perform gap analysis and suggest improvements to existing CRM processes.
Work on middleware configuration and integration with SAP ECC.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project timelines.
