Resource should have Transitioned from SAP ECC to SAP CRM would be a right fit

 Responsibilities

Spearhead the transition from SAP ECC to SAP CRM, ensuring data integrity and operational continuity

Customize and configure SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing) to meet business needs

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to manage CRM middleware and integration

Conduct fit-gap analysis between ECC and CRM modules

Facilitate user training, documentation, and post-go-live support

Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and implement solutions efficiently

🎯 Requirements

Solid knowledge of SAP ECC business processes and architecture

Proven hands-on experience with SAP CRM Web UI, middleware, and CRM enhancements

Familiarity with BDocs, IDocs, RFCs, and other replication techniques

Strong ABAP programming skills with CRM-specific tools (AET, Component Workbench)

Deep understanding of CRM master data (Business Partners, Relationships, etc.)

🏆 Preferred Qualifications

SAP certification in CRM or ECC modules

Minimum of 5 years' SAP experience, with at least 2 in SAP CRM

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Prior experience in leading CRM implementations or ECC to CRM migrations
