Sap Customer Relationship Management Consultant

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Implement changes using customizations in the applications.
• Create Power Automate and PowerApps in the context of Dynamics 365.
• Monitor and maintain Applications in responsibility area.
• Support users and 1st level support with troubleshooting the applications in the responsibility area (2nd level support)
• Management of security roles
• Data cleaning tasks
• Documentation of administrative tasks

Participation in implementation projects

Education/ experience / languages:

• B.E. in computer science or equivalent
• At least 5 years in depth experience with CRM administration and support.
• Good knowledge of Dynamics 365 (Sales, Field Service or Customer Service)
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate Flow, Power Apps)
• Ability to do OOTB customizations in Dynamics 365 (CRM, Field Service)
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML
• Experience with JavaScript in Dynamics 365
• knowledge of C# .NET
• knowledge with Azure Web Apps, Logic Apps, Function Apps
• English (very good knowledge)
