Mandatory Skills:

SAP S/4HANA Certification

Customer facing implementations, roll outs & expert advisory assignments in S/4HANA environment

Good understanding of the functional Integration aspects with other SAP modules

Role Purpose

The functional consultant professionals will help businesses realise the value they can gain from their SAP investments. They will provide functional expertise to plan, analyse, define and support the delivery of functional capabilities for client’s transformation, enhancement & support projects.

They will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.

Candidates in this role will also contribute to pre-sales and practice development activities for their respective functional area of expertise.

This role requires experienced candidates for several positions and seniority levels


Delivery:

· Independently work as an expert in the respective SAP functional workstream for a SAP implementation/rollout/enhancement project

· Work with clients to understand their business needs and processes

· Participate in cross-functional workshops to understand and deliver integration requirements

· Design, customize and implement solutions to meet those needs

· Provide training and support to users

· Write functional specifications for development team

· Manage projects and timelines

· Provide expert support to various projects and delivery engagements as and when required

· Drive innovation/transformation agenda in large existing accounts, provide delivery and solution assurance


Pre-sales & Practice development

· Plan, lead, present solution in client meetings/orals/workshops

· Interacting with customers, understanding the requirements, proposing solutions / methodology etc.

· Drive innovation/transformation agenda in large existing accounts, provide delivery and solution assurance

· Support and guide solutions and offering in the Capability (COE)

· Guide, develop, mentor fresher in SAP

· Participate in SAP Solutioning capability enhancement/Improvement/Innovation
