Sap Customer Relationship Management Consultant

As a highly skilled and experienced SAP ABAP CRM Consultant, you will be responsible for leading or supporting full-cycle SAP CRM implementation projects. Your role will involve working extensively on ABAP CRM, with a strong understanding of the MVC architecture and One Order framework. Specifically, your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and optimizing ABAP reports, function modules, and data dictionary objects. - Utilizing OO ABAP and working on enhancements including BADI, Actions, and Interfaces (Inbound and Outbound). - Handling CRM UI BOL/GenIL programming and efficiently resolving related issues. - Working with Middleware concepts such as BDOCs, queues, and replication issues (e.g., ecrmrepl). - Supporting CRM base customization and product configuration. - Performing issue tracing and performance tuning of ABAP code. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams and effectively managing coordination across teams. - Working on Fiori / OData Services / Fiori Launchpad and conducting web service analysis. - Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior team members. - Using BRF+, BPEM, and SADL exits where applicable. - Contributing to S4HANA projects by working on CDS Views, AMDP, Table Functions, WEBIDE, and understanding HANA architecture. Your qualifications for this role should include: - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in ABAP development. - At least 5 years of hands-on experience in ABAP CRM. - Completion of at least one full-cycle CRM implementation. - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). - Strong knowledge of OO ABAP, middleware concepts, BADI, and proxy interfaces. - Familiarity with Fiori, OData, and web service troubleshooting. - Experience in CRM ISU and S4HANA concepts will be an added advantage. Additionally, experience with BRF+, BPEM, SADL exits, HANA studio tools, and knowledge of S4HANA upgrades/migrations would be a bonus for this role.
