Role & responsibilities This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter (HR) located in Delhi, India. The Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process(mainly for live call support role), including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. MUST have experience in AI TOOLS( HireVue , HireEZ , Vervoe , myInterview , Seekout.) or similar. (for Daily tasks like Use AI tools for resume screening, skill assessments, and communication testing.include developing and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Additionally, the Recruiter will be responsible for maintaining the applicant tracking system and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Preferred candidate profile Experience in Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing candidates Experience in new age AI tools for (HR)recruiters like (HireVue, HireEZ, Vervoe, myInterview, Seekout or similar) Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers Understanding of employment laws and regulations Excellent organizational and time management skills Experience in the HR or recruiting industry is a plus

Job Description: configure and customize SAP CRM modules to meet business requirements, including Web UI, ABAP programming, and middleware integration(BDOCS) • Set up and maintain SAP CRM middleware for seamless data exchange between systems. • Translate customer and internal specifications for enhancements and extensions to EDI application interfaces and maps. • Handle data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. • Experience on BOL and GenIL objects handling • Provide ongoing support, resolve system issues, and optimize performance • Define user roles, permissions, and ensure data security compliance.J
