Job Description: Job Title: Developer - SAP Native HANA Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP Native HANA Developer with strong ABAP knowledge to join our team in delivering digital solutions that support key business processes and technical architecture across Airbus. This role is primarily focused on SAP HANA development, ABAP customizations , and performance optimization. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate with 6-10 years of experience in SAP Native HANA DB development . Solid hands-on experience in ABAP , including performance tuning and debugging. Strong understanding of SAP HANA development tools (HANA Studio, Web IDE). Experience with performance monitoring and optimization of HANA DB programs. Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git, HANA internal notes, Web IDE repositories). Good understanding of HANA objects: Table Functions, Calculation Views, Procedures, etc. Strong communication and analytical skills with a customer-centric mindset. Proven experience working in international teams with cross-functional collaboration. Nice to Have: Programming Languages : Exposure to Python , PySpark , HTML5 , JavaScript is a plus.
