Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Hybris and a strong understanding of Crew Management and Fleet Management systems within the cruise industry. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Hybris solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs translating them into functional specifications.
Oversee the design and development of system enhancements ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Provide expert guidance and support to project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Ensure seamless integration of SAP Hybris with existing systems facilitating smooth data flow and process automation.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of system functionalities identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
Develop comprehensive documentation for system processes configurations and user guides to support ongoing operations.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to empower end-users with the knowledge and skills needed to utilize the system effectively.
Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements to optimize functionality and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities and support business growth.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations maintaining data integrity and security.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

Possess a deep understanding of SAP Hybris and its application in business processes.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Have experience in Crew Management and Fleet Management systems within the cruise industry.
Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Display a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
Maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality results that align with business objectives.
