Working Mode:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Commerce (Hybris) Senior/Lead Developer to join our digital commerce team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly Hybris), with strong knowledge of B2B and/or B2C commerce architectures. This role requires leadership in technical design and development while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities Lead Role:

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of SAP Commerce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a team of developers.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to define solution requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Own code reviews, performance tuning, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Plan and manage development tasks, estimations, and deliverables within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Ensure integration with backend systems like SAP ERP, S/4HANA, CRM, and 3rd-party systems (e.g., payment gateways, search, OMS, PIM).
• Drive innovation by introducing new technologies and optimizing existing ones within the SAP Commerce ecosystem.
• Work closely with DevOps and QA teams for CI/CD pipeline optimization, deployment, and testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities Senior Developer Role:

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP Commerce Cloud customizations, extensions, and integrations.
• Implement core commerce functionality: product catalog, cart, checkout, promotions, customer management, etc.
• Integrate SAP Commerce with 3rd-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs or SAP CPI.
• Write unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, and other testing frameworks.
• Analyze and resolve technical and functional issues across environments.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
