Job Summary (SAP Business ByDesign – Finance)

Location: Remote
  • Lead and manage full-cycle SAP Business ByDesign Finance implementations.
  • Analyze client financial business processes and recommend SAP ByDesign best practices.
  • Configure and deploy core financial modules: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Fixed Assets, Tax, and Cash Management.
  • Implement Management Accounting functions (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Projects, Internal Orders).
  • Conduct workshops, training, and system testing for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Logistics, HR, Projects, CRM) for integrated SAP solutions.
  • Support financial data migration, testing, and system cutover activities.
  • Develop and document functional specifications for enhancements and integrations.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to finance teams and business leaders.
  • Apply knowledge of multi-company SAP ByDesign implementations, especially for U.S., France, and/or UK business requirements.
  • Utilize experience in financial modules such as Accounts Receivable/Payable, General Ledger, Liquidity/Payment Management, Fixed Assets, Inventory Valuation, Revenue Recognition, Production Control, Service Management, and Organizational Management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and produce accurate financial statements and reports.
  • Leverage 3+ years SAP ERP Finance experience and at least 2 full-cycle ByDesign implementations.
  • (Preferred) Hold SAP certification in Business ByDesign Finance.
