Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Sales:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for SAP products and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Drive sales growth by understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable SAP solutions.
  1. Market Research & Strategy:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Work with internal teams to position SAP solutions effectively.
  • Develop business strategies to target key industries and accounts.
  1. Client Relationship Management:

  • Engage with clients to understand their pain points and business objectives.
  • Provide product presentations and demonstrations to showcase SAP solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships to enhance customer retention.
  1. Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to develop tailored proposals.
  • Coordinate with SAP partners and vendors for joint business opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth handover of new clients to the delivery and implementation teams.
  1. Revenue & Target Achievement:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and business KPIs.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipelines for management review.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  1. SAP Solution Knowledge:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP products, modules, and industry trends.
  • Educate customers about the value and ROI of SAP solutions.
  • Stay updated on SAP innovations and emerging technologies.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
  • 2+ years of experience in

    SAP sales, business development, or IT consulting

    .
  • Strong understanding of SAP solutions (SAP ERP, S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, etc.).
  • Proven track record in

    sales, lead generation, and deal closures

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working in

    SAP implementation or SAP partner companies

    .
  • Knowledge of

    industry-specific SAP solutions

    (Manufacturing, Retail, Finance, etc.).
  • Experience using

    CRM tools (Salesforce, SAP CRM, etc.)
