Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain SAP systems, including upgrades and implementations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP systems.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Provide training and support to end-users on SAP systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of SAP systems, including HANA and S/4HANA.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with change management and project management methodologies.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required.
