Conduct system configurations and customizations as per business requirements. Oversee data migrations from legacy systems to SAP B1 HANA. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting. Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Provide training and support to end-users for effective system utilization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 HANA with existing applications. Prepare comprehensive documentation for system configurations and user guides. Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to SAP B1 HANA. Engage in project planning and maintain timelines for SAP implementation. Monitor system performance and recommend necessary upgrades or enhancements. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system meets business criteria. Maintain and create reports to track system usage and performance metrics. Stay updated with the latest SAP B1 HANA features and best practices. Support organizational change management initiatives related to system upgrades.
