📘 About the Role

SAP Authorization Expert

You will work closely with cross-functional and international teams, ensuring compliance, smooth operations, and continuous improvements within the authorization landscape. 

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations and maintenance of SAP authorization applications, including support and crisis management. 
• Implement action plans for audit findings and compliance improvements. 
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP authorization team. 
• Support technical and functional teams in resolving authorization-related incidents and issues. 
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and correct authorization gaps, risks, and incidents. 
• Help upskill and mentor team members on SAP authorization processes and best practices. 
• Work in an Agile/Scrum squad following the model:

  “You build it, you run it.”

You will work across a diverse and modern technology stack, including: 

• SAP S/4HANA Authorization

   

• SAP GRC

   

• SAP HANA

   

• SAP BTP

🧑‍ Required Experience & Skills

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in

  SAP Authorization

  . 
• Strong understanding of SAP security concepts, roles, profiles, and access management. 
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA authorization design and support. 
• Working knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control. 
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze authorization issues in collaboration with technical and functional teams. 
• Good understanding of audit compliance, risk mitigation, and SoD (Segregation of Duties) principles. 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support and train team members. 
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (preferred). 

🗣 Language Skills

• Proficient in English – verbal and written.
