Position Overview
We are seeking experienced SAP Ariba Functional Consultants to support full-cycle implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing support activities across multiple SAP Ariba modules. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on functional expertise, excellent client-facing skills, and proven experience with SAP Ariba CIG and integrations with SAP ECC/S4HANA.

Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & Configuration
Lead and support end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation projects across modules such as Sourcing, Procurement, P2P, Contracts, Supplier Management, Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, Ariba Network, etc.
Configure Ariba functional areas, workflows, master data, approval processes, and integration touchpoints.Conduct system design workshops, GAP analysis, and solution mapping.
- Client Interaction & Delivery
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Provide expert recommendations and best practices for optimizing procurement and supplier lifecycle processes.Support UAT, SIT, end-user training, and go-live activities.
- Integration & Technical Coordination
Work with SAP Ariba integration frameworks (CIG, PI/PO, APIs) and coordinate with technical teams for smooth deployment.
Troubleshoot interface issues and communicate with SAP support as needed.
Deliver hypercare and ongoing post-implementation support across SAP Ariba solutions.Manage change requests, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.Prepare functional specifications, process documents, test scripts, and training materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience as an SAP Ariba Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience in at least two or more SAP Ariba modules, including:
- Sourcing
- Contracts
- P2P / Buying & Invoicing
- Supplier Management
- Guided Buying
- Ariba Network
- Deep understanding of procurement, sourcing, contract management, and supplier lifecycle processes.
- Practical experience with SAP Ariba CIG and integrations with SAP ECC/S4HANA.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client management skills.
- Ability to create functional design documents, test scripts, and training materials.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- SAP Ariba Certification is an added advantage.
