Job Description

ARIBA E-Invoicing Consultant

fully remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP Ariba e-Invoicing implementations, with a strong focus on

    global compliance

    (e.g., Europe, LATAM, APAC).
  • Implement the DRC/Standard SAP solution for AP whenever possible and if we don’t have a standard SAP solution for some countries then implement the EDICOM system.

  • Design and configure Ariba Invoice Management and Ariba Network for electronic invoicing processes.

  • Coordinate with client stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.

  • Manage supplier enablement campaigns and ensure smooth onboarding to the Ariba Network.

  • Integrate Ariba with SAP S/4HANA or ECC systems for seamless invoice processing and payment workflows.

  • Ensure compliance with regional e-Invoicing regulations (e.g., PEPPOL, CFDI, SDI, KSeF, etc.).

  • Provide guidance and training to client teams on Ariba functionality and best practices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration and processing issues across the procure-to-pay cycle.

  • Participate in project planning, scoping, and documentation efforts.

    • Required Qualifications:

    • 10+ years

      of overall experience in

      SAP Ariba

      , with a minimum of

      5 years focused on Ariba e-Invoicing

      solutions.

    • Proven experience with

      Ariba Network, Ariba Invoice Management

      , and

      Supplier Enablement

      .

    • Strong understanding of

      e-Invoicing regulations and tax compliance

      globally.

    • Hands-on experience with

      SAP integration (S/4HANA or ECC)

      for invoice and payment processes.

    • Experience managing remote teams and working with global clients.

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

    • SAP Ariba certification is a plus.

    • Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with

      integration middleware

      (e.g., SAP PI/PO, CPI, MuleSoft).

    • Knowledge of

      digital signature, tax engines

      , and

      regional invoicing platforms

      .

    • Background in consulting firms or global enterprises with complex procurement environments.
