Job Details: Procurement SAP Ariba Role: Procurement Specialist / Procurement Manager / SAP Ariba Procurement Consultant Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end procurement processes using SAP Ariba. Execute purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice processing in SAP Ariba. Conduct supplier sourcing and negotiation through Ariba Sourcing. Oversee supplier onboarding, performance, and compliance. Maintain contracts and ensure procurement compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize procurement workflows. Analyze procurement spend and identify cost-saving opportunities. Integrate SAP Ariba with ERP systems like SAP ECC or S/4HANA. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba procurement modules (Buying, Sourcing, Supplier Management). Experience with procurement process automation. Understanding of supplier relationship management. Familiarity with procurement policies and compliance. Analytical skills for spend analysis and reporting. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience: Proven experience in procurement roles using SAP Ariba. Experience in supplier management and contract lifecycle management. Knowledge of ERP integration is a plus.
