Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Salesperson, based on-site in Chennai. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, and promoting insurance products. Daily tasks include meeting with clients to discuss their insurance needs, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The Salesperson will also be expected to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to better serve clients and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in sales techniques and negotiation
• Ability to understand and explain insurance products and services
• Experience in client relationship management
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
