As a Salesperson at TAB Surfaces, you will play a vital role in driving growth across India, focusing initially on South India with expansion plans for North India. Your main responsibilities will include actively pursuing sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, staying informed about market trends, and utilizing CRM software to manage leads effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Actively pursue sales opportunities, present products, negotiate terms, and close sales. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including architects, designers, and distributors. - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within your assigned territory. - Gain and maintain thorough knowledge of TAB Surfaces' product offerings. - Travel extensively within your assigned territory in India to meet clients and expand market presence. - Track sales activities, provide progress reports, and contribute to sales data analysis. - Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate sales records. Qualifications: - Proven sales experience, ideally in manufacturing or building materials. - Ability to meet or exceed sales targets. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships. - Good organizational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. - Familiarity with CRM software desirable. - Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory in India. - Knowledge of the natural stone or engineered quartz industry is a plus.
