Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson, based in Ahmedabad. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting and promoting Justdial's diverse range of services, and building long-term relationships with customers. They will manage sales targets, coordinate with the internal team, and provide client support to meet customer needs. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting client meetings, creating sales proposals, and negotiating deals to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions and relationship-building
• Proficiency in lead generation, sales presentations, and negotiations
• Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple clients effectively
• Good understanding of sales strategies, customer service, and retention techniques
• Proficiency in using digital tools for customer management and reporting is an advantage
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role in a related domain is preferred
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
