Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Rajkot Area for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential clients, managing sales pipelines, providing product information, and achieving designated sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, preparing presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and identifying market trends to inform strategies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in sales strategy, lead generation, and client relationship management.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to conduct market research and identify trends relevant to customer needs.
• Proficiency in presentation tools and CRM software is an advantage.
• Prior experience in B2B or industrial sales is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
