Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nigeria for a Salesperson in Logos, Abuja, sokoto and Zambia. The Salesperson will be responsible for developing client relationships, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include engaging with potential clients, presenting and promoting renewable energy solutions, negotiating deals, and providing feedback to enhance product and service offerings. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of projects and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, with a focus on meeting targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships. Ability to understand technical aspects of Renewable Energy products and services. Problem-solving and negotiation skills for effective deal closures. Self-motivation and a proactive attitude towards achieving business goals. Proficiency in tools like CRM software and Microsoft Office is advantageous. Previous experience in the Renewable Energy or Power Electronics industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
