D2B.biz is a fast-growing B2B networking platform helping manufacturers, traders, and retailers connect directly, grow visibility, and build trust. We are expanding across Delhi-NCR and looking for dynamic Field Sales Executives to onboard MSMEs and promote our ₹1999 lifetime membership.

Location: Greater Noida

Job Type: Full-time and On-field

Salary: Base Salary + Attractive Commission + Performance Incentives (approx 25000)

Key Resposibilities

🔹 Visit local markets, industrial areas, and business hubs to onboard MSMEs

🔹 Demonstrate and sell D2B.biz ₹1999 subscription with QR kit

🔹 Explain platform benefits and help businesses register

🔹 Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

🔹 Build strong relationships with shop owners, traders, and manufacturers

🔹 Collect feedback and share market insights with the core team

🔹 Represent D2B.biz at business events, exhibitions, and trade meets

Requirements

✔ 3–5 years experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / MSME Sales

✔ Strong communication in Hindi (English is a bonus)

✔ Confident approaching business owners & convincing them

✔ Smartphone-friendly — can explain digital products

✔ Self-motivated, honest, and target-driven

✔ Familiarity with industrial markets or wholesale trade is a plus
