Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Specialist will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions, deliver exceptional customer service, and work with the sales management team to implement strategies for business growth. Additionally, the role involves participating in training sessions to enhance skills and contribute to team success.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients professionally and addressing their needs effectively
• Sales expertise with the ability to identify opportunities and achieve targets
• Experience in Sales Management and Training to guide and support teammates
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Candidate should possess a proactive approach, a customer-centric mindset, and ability to work well in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in event management or a similar industry is an advantage
