Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Pune, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, managing sales pipelines, conducting client meetings, and delivering product presentations. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and preparing reports on sales activities and market insights to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to build and foster client relationships
• Proficiency in market research and identifying business opportunities
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in B2B sales and an understanding of the manufacturing sector is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales software, and Microsoft Office applications
