Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Attendant based in Pune. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers, managing sales transactions, maintaining product displays, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Attendant will also be responsible for inventory management, updating sales records, and coordinating with the sales team. Some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in sales transactions and inventory management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software
• Experience in the retail or manufacturing industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
