Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Designer, based in Pune. The role involves conceptualizing and developing innovative product designs while adhering to high-quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting user research, applying design thinking methodologies, creating visual designs, and collaborating with teams to ensure functionality and usability are integrated into product designs. The role requires working on-site in Pune, with some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Visual Design and Product Design to create innovative and high-quality concepts
• Experience with Design Thinking and User Research methodologies for developing user-centered designs
• Must have hands on Experience in NX or Solidworks
• Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent software
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial design is advantageous
• Ability to excel in a hybrid work environment by balancing on-site collaboration and remote task
