You will be joining Mayor Dresses as a full-time Salesperson based in Panchkula. Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying customer requirements, and offering suitable solutions. A typical day will involve engaging with customers, processing sales orders, staying informed about product details, and meeting sales objectives. Additionally, you will support in arranging merchandise displays, overseeing inventory levels, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in sales techniques and customer relationship management. Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with customers are crucial. You must demonstrate capability in meeting sales goals, handling transactions, and understanding inventory control and merchandising principles. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent organizational skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
