Position Overview

Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers across relevant industrial sectors.
• Initiate contact and build relationships with decision-makers through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Arrange and coordinate business meetings with clients and senior management.
• Present and promote company products and services effectively.
• Maintain an organized record of customer interactions, leads, and opportunities.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical data sheets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education:

  B.Sc. in Chemistry (mandatory) and MBA in Marketing or related discipline (preferred).

• Experience:

  Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in B2B sales or chemical trading.

• Communication Skills:

  Strong command of spoken and written English.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

• Personal Attributes:

  Confident, proactive, organized, and result-oriented with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Mobility:

  Willingness to travel locally for client visits and business meetings.
