Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Associate to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, setting up business meetings, and supporting sales efforts to promote Indena Solutions’ product portfolio. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential customers across relevant industrial sectors. Initiate contact and build relationships with decision-makers through calls, emails, and meetings. Arrange and coordinate business meetings with clients and senior management. Present and promote company products and services effectively. Maintain an organized record of customer interactions, leads, and opportunities. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical data sheets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Qualifications and Skills Education: B.Sc. in Chemistry (mandatory) and MBA in Marketing or related discipline (preferred). Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in B2B sales or chemical trading. Communication Skills: Strong command of spoken and written English. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage. Personal Attributes: Confident, proactive, organized, and result-oriented with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
