The primary responsibilities of the role include engaging with customers to understand their needs, demonstrating products, managing sales processes, and achieving set sales targets. The Salesperson will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, tracking inventory, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. This role may require collaboration with team members to meet store sales goals and standards. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining customer relationships Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets Basic knowledge of inventory management and product organization Customer service skills to create a positive shopping experience for clients Time management and problem-solving abilities to handle sales-related challenges effectively Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus Ability to work as a collaborative team member in a dynamic environment High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is a bonus
