Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Salesperson to join our team at our on-site location in Mumbai. The role involves generating leads, engaging with customers, understanding their needs, recommending appropriate furniture solutions, and closing sales. Responsibilities also include maintaining knowledge of our product offerings, assisting with product displays, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. This position requires effective communication and a strong focus on building and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship-building skills
• Proven experience in sales, client engagement, and product recommendation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Basic knowledge of furniture or interior design is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional local language skills are an advantage
