Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Salesperson. The role involves engaging with potential clients to present and sell Talento’s services, building and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities. The Salesperson will also conduct market research to better understand client needs, negotiate deals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction. Achieving sales targets and providing exceptional client support are key responsibilities of this role.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and close deals
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market research and customer analysis
• Organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple clients and sales prospects
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
