MERN Stack Developer

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a MERN Stack Developer. The MERN Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining front-end and back-end web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Responsibilities include building and integrating APIs, ensuring data security, optimizing application performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The candidate will also troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure seamless user experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in MERN stack technologies: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Experience in front-end development, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.js
• Back-end development skills, including API design, implementation, and data handling
• Familiarity with database management, database querying, and optimization (MongoDB preferred)
• Proficiency in debugging, testing, and optimizing software applications
• Ability to use development tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), and collaboration platforms
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for effective collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience with Agile methodologies, cloud platforms, or DevOps tools is a plus
