Salesperson

We are seeking a high-performing Senior B2B Sales Professional experienced in the lab-grown diamond jewelry wholesale segment. The candidate must have strong regional market contacts, the ability to drive regional sales growth, and deep knowledge of the diamond jewellery trade. The role involves active travel, client interactions, and building long-term wholesale business partnerships.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of B2B jewelry (wholesale) sales experience is mandatory.
• Strong industry network in North Indian jewelry markets.
• Should have worked with Lab-grown diamond jewelry – NOT necessarily with corporate retail environments like Tanishq, Kisna, Joyalukkas, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills.
• Highly self-driven, field-oriented, and capable of handling large-volume buyers.
• Ability to manage travel schedules across multiple states.
• Strong understanding of jewellery pricing, margins, and customer purchasing behavior.
• Proficient in CRM/Excel for reporting and pipeline tracking.
