Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Patna. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, demonstrating our ERP solutions to educational institutions, responding to client inquiries, and preparing sales proposals. Additional tasks include negotiating contracts, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to ensure client needs are met. The Salesperson will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and reporting on sales performance. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of ERP solutions and educational institutions Proven experience in sales and business development Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred Experience in the IT or educational sector is a plus
