Job Description

We’re Hiring: Remote Sales Closer (Full-Time)

100% Remote | High-Ticket | Performance-Driven | Growth-Focused

About the Role

We’re hiring full-time, remote Closers to lead sales conversations across multiple fast-growing offers — including premium coaching programs, agency services, SaaS solutions, and global career accelerators.

Your role:

  • Speak with warm inbound leads who’ve already expressed interest
  • Understand their goals and pain points
  • Ethically guide them into high-value programs that solve real problems

This is not a freelance gig.

We’re looking for professionals who treat sales like a craft — and every conversation like it can change a life.

Your Mission

  • Close ₹9–₹18L/month in new business revenue
  • Handle 4–6 qualified sales calls per day (approx. 100–120/month)
  • Maintain a 10–15%+ live close rate on Zoom
  • Re-engage pipeline leads & generate 20–30 self-sourced calls/month (optional, incentivized)
  • Keep CRM, trackers, and follow-ups up-to-date
  • Join daily huddles, training clinics, and coaching reviews

Compensation

Base Pay (Draw):

Commission:

  • 5–10% on cash collected (based on project)
  • Additional bonuses for Paid-in-Full deals, outbound call wins, and team incentives

Earning Example:

  • 10 Closures → ₹9L → ₹70K–₹90K commission + ₹20K base = ₹90K–₹1.1L

  • 20 Closures → ₹18L → ₹1.5L+ commission + ₹20K base = ₹1.7L–₹2L+

There is no income cap. Your discipline determines your outcome.

Weekly Structure

  • Daily Zoom huddle:

    10:15 AM IST (Tuesday to Sunday)
  • Sales call blocks:

    12 PM–7 PM IST
  • Daily training clinic:

    Optional but recommended
  • End-of-day report submission & Slack communication

  • CRM and pipeline updates logged daily

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 6 months of high-ticket or consultative sales experience
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
  • Strong presence on Zoom calls and confident objection handling
  • CRM and sales tracking proficiency
  • Full-time commitment (48–54 hours/week)
  • Coachable, empathetic, and performance-oriented
