About the Role

This is not a freelance “one-off project” role — we’re looking for someone who wants to own the craft of funnel building and continuously improve performance.

Your Mission

• Ship high-converting funnels from approved briefs within

  5–7 business days

  (V1).
• Maintain

  25–45%+

  opt-in rates for cold traffic;

  45–65%+

  for warm traffic.
• Achieve

  Mobile Lighthouse ≥ 85

  and automation reliability ≥ 99%.
• Keep CRM, tracking, and automations error-free and fully documented.
• Deliver

  1+ reusable template or SOP

  per month for our funnel library.

KPIs & Metrics

• Landing Page Opt-in Rate:

  25–45%+ (cold), 45–65%+ (warm)

• Application Funnel LP→App Start:

  8–15%+

• Booked Call Show Rate:

  70–80%+ (with reminders)

• Mobile Lighthouse Score:

  ≥ 85

• Automation Reliability:

  ≥ 99%

• Tracking Accuracy:

  ≥ 98%

• Time-to-First-Draft:

  2-3 business days

Compensation

• Base Pay:

  ₹20,000/month

• Performance Bonus:

  Quarterly KPI-based bonuses (₹5K–₹20K)

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

• Have hands-on experience with

  GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Webflow, Framer, or similar

  .
• Possess strong design skills (Figma, Adobe XD, Canva Pro) and understand

  conversion-focused UX

• Can set up

  (Zapier, Make, n8n, Pabbly) and CRM pipelines.
• Have tracking experience (GA4, GTM, pixels, UTMs) and understand data accuracy.
• Work fast, document everything, and thrive in a high-performance environment.
