Sales/Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales / Marketing Manager with strong experience in industrial machinery and material handling equipment. The ideal candidate will be a result-oriented professional with technical expertise and proven leadership skills in managing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to deliver strong performance.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competition to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, service, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Leverage product knowledge to provide tailored solutions to customers’ technical needs.

Experience Required

• 8–10 years of proven sales experience in industrial machinery and material handling equipment.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Machinery: Assembly Machines, Leak Test Machines, Special Purpose Machines (SPMs)
• Material Handling Equipment: Conveyors, Lifters, and related systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
