Job Description

As a Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop effective marketing strategies to promote our software solutions through various channels such as content marketing, paid advertising, and social media. You will play a crucial role in planning, allocating, and controlling the budget for future campaigns and product launches. Defining key marketing activities and goals to drive customer acquisition and retention will also be a part of your role. Your tasks will include researching market trends in a specific industry to identify customer needs, pain points, and buying objections. You will be expected to identify decision-makers among our target audience and create buyer personas for targeted marketing messages. Collaboration with product development, social media, and copywriting teams will be essential to establish clear product positioning and messaging guidelines. Additionally, you will develop marketing collateral such as brochures, datasheets, presentations, and proposals. Overseeing day-to-day promotional activities and ensuring the quality and consistency of marketing assets such as copy, blog content, social media posts, and product leaflets will be part of your routine tasks. You will also track and analyze relevant analytics to report on ROI across various marketing initiatives to senior leadership. Collaboration with sales and account management teams to create customer evangelists for PR, media, and marketing opportunities will be required. Aligning campaigns, assets, communications, and messaging with corporate branding initiatives will also fall under your purview. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising, Communications, or Business, along with at least 5 years of experience in software marketing projects. Experience in B2B and SaaS marketing will be considered an advantage. Proficiency in project management software, as well as experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot Marketing Hub, ActiveCampaign, or Marketo, will be beneficial. Strong communication and presentation skills, analytical abilities, project management skills, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
