Job Description

As a Business Development & Sales professional in the ESDM services industry, you will be responsible for developing and executing a business growth strategy that spans across various sectors. Your primary focus will be on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and acquiring large accounts. Driving both Domestic and International sales will be crucial to consistently meeting revenue targets. You will aim to expand the customer base by targeting OEMs, Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers, and other key industry players. Collaborating with cross-functional teams will be essential to enhance product-market fit and value proposition. Your role will also involve the development of market entry strategies for International Expansion and Sales Office Setup. Overseeing key account management will be vital in building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. Driving profitability and revenue generation through effective pricing strategies and deal negotiations will be key aspects of your responsibilities. In terms of marketing and branding, you will be required to develop and implement marketing strategies, digital campaigns, and branding initiatives. Participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events will be expected to enhance the global market presence of the company. Additionally, conducting market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities will be part of your regular tasks. Strategic Planning & Execution will play a crucial role in your job, as you develop and execute a comprehensive business plan aligned with the company's global expansion objectives. You will implement sales strategies, revenue models, and growth plans for both existing and new markets. Close collaboration with the CEO will be necessary to ensure business strategies are in line with the overall corporate vision. Key Requirements: - Experience: 10+ years in sales, business development, or account management in the ESDM/EMS industry This is a Full-time, Permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
