Job Summary:

Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement

  test automation frameworks

  for Salesforce applications using

  Tricentis Tosca

  .
• Identify, create, and maintain reusable

  Tosca modules

  for Salesforce Lightning and Classic UIs.
• Automate

  Salesforce end-to-end business workflows

  , including integrations with third-party systems (APIs, middleware).
• Collaborate with functional QA, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and define test coverage.
• Execute automated regression and smoke test suites as part of CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain and troubleshoot automation scripts for any UI or API-level changes.
• Prepare detailed

  test documentation

  , results, and defect reports.
• Participate in

  Agile ceremonies

  (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Required Skills:

• 3+ years

  of experience in

  test automation

  with

  Tricentis Tosca

• Strong understanding of

  Salesforce platform

  (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning components, Flows, etc.).
• Experience with

  Tosca Salesforce Scan

  and handling

  dynamic Salesforce elements

• Knowledge of

  Tosca Commander

  Test Case Design

  Execution Lists

• Familiarity with

  API automation

  using Tosca or Postman.
• Understanding of

  CI/CD tools

  (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Administrator

• Exposure to
